Changing Bedding and Linen

All used bedding, including sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and blankets, should be removed and replaced with fresh, clean linen. This includes mattress and pillow protectors. Ensure that bedding is properly fitted and arranged to give a comfortable and inviting appearance.

Bathroom Cleaning

Thoroughly clean and disinfect all bathroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, showers, baths and mirrors. Replace towels and replenish essential toiletries such as toilet paper, hand soap and shampoo as required. Check and refill any hand sanitiser or air freshener dispensers.

Inspecting and Restocking

Carry out a thorough inspection of the entire property to identify any damage, maintenance issues or items that need attention. Check the inventory of items such as crockery, towels and toiletries to ensure they remain and are in sufficient supply for the next guests.

Vacuuming and Floor Care

Vacuum or sweep all floors, including carpets and rugs, to remove dust, dirt and debris. Mop hard floors with appropriate cleaning solutions to achieve a clean and polished appearance.

Rubbish Disposal

Empty and clean all bins and dispose of waste properly. Replace rubbish bags and ensure recycling procedures are followed where applicable.

Final Touches

Once the cleaning is complete, carry out final touches such as arranging furniture, fluffing pillows and ensuring the overall presentation of the property is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.  Photograph each room and upload to an App.
